What is the advantage of a stainless steel boiler?

Of course, the eco-boiler has a service flange, through which the device can be regularly descaled, like conventional boilers. However, since the process water is produced in a gentle way via the heat pump, much less lime is deposited in comparison to conventional electric boilers.


Is one protected against Legionella when using the eco-boiler?

The device automatically performs a full water diversion to protect against Legionella every 14 days. During this process, the hot water is heated to a temperature of 65 degrees. This protects you from Legionella without fail. In addition, the device can render its services for the remainder of the period using lower temperatures, thus requiring less energy.


What are the costs of putting an eco-boiler into operation?

The “plug and play” mode eliminates the need for any official start-up from your vendor or installer. The device is pre-set in auto mode and delivered with a target temperature of 55 degrees. After successful and expert installation, it thus only needs to be switched on. If further fine adjustments are necessary after the introductory phase, they can be very easily made using the supplied instructions and the device’s simple menu navigation. What are the advantages of the additional heating element in the ceramic shell?

This is included in models 03 / 04 / 04D / 13 / 14. The additional heating is primarily used to ensure that the process water can be reheated immediately and quickly in the event of excessive use of hot water. The ceramic shell in the models mentioned above ensure that the heating element requires almost zero maintenance and, in addition, will last almost three times as long as a normal heating element.
